These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DoorLah mobile app and website. By accessing or using DoorLah, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use DoorLah. If you are using DoorLah on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Community Conduct
- Be respectful and follow community guidelines.
- Do not post illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or community.
- Report abuse or safety concerns through the Safety Standards page.
4. Marketplace and Services
- Listings must be accurate and lawful.
- DoorLah does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items or services offered by users.
- Transactions are between users unless otherwise stated. Use caution and good judgment.
5. Payments and Fees
If payments are enabled, third-party processors may handle transactions. You agree to their terms and fees. DoorLah may introduce optional paid features and will disclose any fees before purchase.
6. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of your content. By posting on DoorLah, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content to provide the service.
7. Privacy
Your use of DoorLah is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose safety risks, or misuse the platform. You may request account deletion at any time.
9. Disclaimers
DoorLah is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoorLah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DoorLah after updates become effective indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
